We are seeking a Breakfast Chef with strong culinary skills and experience with breakfast cuisine to join our Culinary team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast dishes, including hot and cold items, to order for hotel guests
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including food prep areas and equipment
- Ensure that all ingredients and supplies are properly stored and used
- Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures, including food handling and storage
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to create and maintain menu offerings
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a breakfast chef or similar role
- Strong culinary skills and experience with breakfast cuisine
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing, bending, and lifting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
