Plaka beach is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and popular beaches in Naxos and the Cyclades. It is a long stretch of golden sand that extends for about 4 km (2.5 miles). It’s a great beach for friends, families or couples, and we’re right in the middle of it!
While it’s ideal for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing or just relaxing, there’s a plethora of watersports on offer, such as kayaking, paddling, windsurfing, scuba diving and more. Bars, restaurants, clubs and even small villages are withing walking or biking distance. Best of all, it’s a short drive to the town or airport.
